In this rewarding role, you will have the chance to work with students in a small group setting, using our proven methodology to help them grow their confidence and achieve their goals. You will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to providing high-quality education and support to our students.

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication and rapport-building skills
  • Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address these
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop new approaches to teaching and learning

As a primary tutor, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly, teaching up to 2-3 sessions per day from Monday to Friday. We offer a supportive and inclusive environment where you can grow and develop your skills and experience.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A teaching degree or be in your final year of study
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
