About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Asset Strategist to drive portfolio performance and future growth in our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute investment plans to maximise income and capital appreciation
  • Lead property negotiations, building strong relationships with external partners
  • Manage financial reporting, forecasts, and valuations
  • Support acquisitions, development feasibilities, and investor relations
Requirements
  • 5–10 years' experience in asset or investment management, funds management, or property finance
  • Strong financial modelling and negotiation skills
  • Confident communicator with ability to present to Boards and stakeholders
  • Results-driven mindset with a hands-on approach
