Job Title: Plaintiff Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with ideally 2-5+ years of post-admission experience to join our National Work and Road team in Melbourne.

The role offers a fantastic work environment, collaboration across a national practice, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of a case load
  • Liaising with clients in an empathetic manner
  • Preparing legal correspondence
  • Providing clear, practical, and concise legal advice to clients
  • Exploring new opportunities for professional growth

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience as a plaintiff personal injury lawyer
  • Demonstrated skills in effective networking and relationship management
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and resolve problems efficiently
  • Superior organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
