Cloud Engineering Leader

The Digital Experience Platform (DXP) product team is working to deliver a cloud-based platform with several core capabilities.

This role involves bringing senior expertise and helping fast-track the roadmap and deliver key capabilities.

As a Technical Lead/Principal Engineer, you'll guide architecture, shape technical direction, and mentor the team.

You'll pair leadership influence with real coding to deliver ambitious projects at pace.

This is a hands-on role that requires deep involvement in the code every day.

We're using TypeScript end-to-end, React on the front, Node on the back, running on AWS – with a strong focus on backend engineering.

  • Experience in technical leadership, guiding teams and shaping solutions while staying actively involved in coding.
  • Full-stack software engineering expertise, building and maintaining large-scale software products from concept to production.

Strong understanding of testing principles and demonstrated experience in implementing testing strategies to improve software quality and robustness.

Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies is also required.

A strong understanding of secure coding practices, particularly community standards such as OWASP, is necessary.

Nice to have an understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS), and/or Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).
