Job Overview
The Sales Manager Australia is a vital position accountable for driving sales performance and dealer account management in Australia. Reporting to the Director Operations ANZFE, this role ensures that the sales organisation is focused and optimised across all sales structure, process, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the AU account management team, sales process, and procedures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned to the tactical execution of the Brand sales plan.
- Monitor the end-to-end AU sales pipeline, establishing priorities to drive sales growth and margin expansion.
- Manage dealer performance across the network, making recommendations to improve dealer relationships and sales performance.
- Provide leadership to the AU region sales teams on sales topics, focusing on employee health and safety, customer experience, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Strong IT affinity with experience in SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Management experience in a B2B distribution environment.
