Job Description

EML is revolutionizing the AI space with innovative products that harness the power of generative AI and large language models. As a key member of our in-house AI team, you will play a pivotal role in driving cutting-edge projects forward.

Working directly on our advanced GPU clusters, you'll enjoy unparalleled computational power to train, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art models without limitations. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, building, and optimizing scalable systems serving millions of users.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our MLE team to design, train, and optimize AI models specializing in audio tasks, Computer Vision, and NLP tasks.
  • Research and implement novel algorithms and techniques from the latest academic papers.
  • Optimize model performance and efficiency for inference and deployment in production environments.
  • Work closely with data engineers and MLOps engineers to build and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and stability.
  • Contribute to the development of our machine learning infrastructure and best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in ML engineering or software development, with hands-on experience working with LLMs.
  • Proven track record of productionizing ML models and deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in NLP, Computer Vision, or Audio processing.
  • Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and autoregressive models.
  • Experience with model optimization techniques such as Quantization, pruning, or knowledge distillation.
