**Night Duty Manager**
About the RoleThe Night Duty Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of hotel overnight activities. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external guests, providing excellent service while supporting various divisions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel operations during senior leadership team absences
- Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external guests
- Be conversant in emergency procedures and local legislation to respond effectively in crisis situations
- Assist with duties across hotel departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Finance
- Resolve guest complaints efficiently
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel features, services, and operating hours
- Ensure Front of House areas are well-maintained, clean, and tidy
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A relevant degree in Hospitality (an advantage)
- Prior experience using OPERA PMS
- Supervisory experience within a hotel environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong time management with the ability to juggle multiple demands
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
