You'll join our Product team as a Senior Product Designer, shaping our design direction and creating user-focused experiences that impact hundreds of thousands of learners worldwide.
The OpportunityYou'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and others to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality design work. As a member of our Product Design Team, you'll be part of a hands-on, individual contributor role where your ideas matter.
- Lead design projects from start to finish, including discovery, user research, polished designs, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define requirements, prioritize work, and bring features to life.
- Champion consistent, accessible, user-first design throughout our product.
Strong experience designing intuitive products in cross-functional teams, ideally in education or software as a service. A strong portfolio showing clean, accessible interfaces is essential. Confidence with Figma and knowledge of interaction design, usability, and visual design best practices is required.
