Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven professional to lead the development and execution of creative campaigns and strategies that drive business success. This role requires a deep understanding of the needs of the business and clients, as well as exceptional organizational skills and high-level project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to sales growth through successful implementation and execution of marketing plans, generating new approaches to identified marketing challenges, and managing website and social media updates.

Support sales campaigns with targeted marketing activations, drive cross-promotional activities with business partnerships, and brief and manage artwork, graphic design, and POS requirements while ensuring brand guidelines.

Provide insights and research into competitor businesses, create processes to meet schedules and budget commitments, identify and capture partnership opportunities, and analyze and enhance social media engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strategic planning and excellent organizational skills
  • High-level project management and exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ongoing attention to detail and highly developed computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Persistence under pressure and results focus
  • Good working relationship with senior management and strong background in digital advertising/social media/content creation
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, HTML, Microsoft Office Suite, SEO, Facebook Marketing & Analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce, Business Administration, or Communications (or equivalent)
