About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Officer to join our team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in disability support and a passion for delivering high-quality care services.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience caring for clients with disabilities and hold a relevant tertiary qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients with disabilities
  • Assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential care or a related field
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Disability, Bachelor of Social Work)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Mandatory Working with Children Check and National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate with 3 doses
