About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and unit testing applications in accordance with established industry standards.

  • You will analyse and resolve technical and application problems, assess opportunities for improvement and prepare documentation to share with team members and stakeholders.
  • A key requirement is 5+ years of enterprise software design and development skills in Java, along with a tertiary degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Software Development/Engineering.

Your expertise should include SpringMVC, Mybatis, MySQL, SQL Server, Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), as well as multi-threading, concurrency, debugging, performance profiling and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable and fault-tolerant systems in complex hybrid environments
  • Maintain exceptional software quality within the team by establishing thorough practices and processes
  • Analyse system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Mandarin and be internally motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
