Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical and engineering support to Project Engineers and Site supervisors for Telecoms and Operational Technology construction activities.
* Assist in planning and execution of telecoms and OT activities on site to ensure work is completed as per LOR quality, safety, and environmental standards.
* Coordinate Telecoms construction activities for an allocated sub-system or area.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support procurement process for materials and services. This may include writing scope of works and responding to technical queries by suppliers.
* Assist in writing, reviewing and compiling ITPs, ITRs, construction methodologies, and commissioning sub-plans.
* Maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders.
* Support document control activities relating to the management system, including the Safety plan, Quality plan, and Design and Project Delivery.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years' construction / engineering project experience.
* An engineering degree in Telecoms Engineering (or similar) enabling full membership to Engineers Australia is mandatory. Industry certifications will be favourable.
* Previous experience working on railway projects will be beneficial.
* Prior exposure with fibre, RF, IT, SCADA, and OT system designs, testing and commissioning is required.
* Strong communication skills and abilities, allowing you to effectively liaise with internal disciplines, external stakeholders, suppliers and trade staff.
* Ability to work collaboratively.
* Competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Attention to detail and proven time management skills.
* Process driven and systematic, able to analyse complex issues and situations.
* Enthusiasm with an aptitude for seeking new opportunities to make a significant contribution.
