Clinical Nurse Opportunity in Western Australia
Clinical nurses play a vital role in delivering quality patient care in community health settings. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate nurse to join our team located in Moora, Western Australia.
About the RoleThis opportunity will enable you to make a real impact across child, school, and community health settings while enjoying the lifestyle and benefits of country living. You will work closely with the primary health manager and the clinical nurse manager – community health to plan, implement, and evaluate community nursing care and relevant primary health programs to the communities serviced by the primary health service.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care programs in a child and school health setting.
- Provide effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate computer literacy and ability to utilise information systems.
- Show knowledge of current Aboriginal health issues and various community resources that may be utilised to address these issues.
