Nursing Roles Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of the perioperative services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.


This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary classification and remuneration package, including superannuation, annual leave loading, and salary packaging options.


Responsibilities and Duties
  • You will perform comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments of patients, continuously monitoring their condition and notifying medical officers as necessary.
  • You will identify and implement discharge-planning requirements, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve expected outcomes.
  • You will prioritize and implement planned care, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • You will have recent demonstrated experience in a perioperative role, along with relevant post-registration qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • You will possess demonstrated initiative and a desire to continually improve patient care, effective communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • You will be a registered nurse authorised to practice by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • You will be able to work proficiently in periods of high demand and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
