Role Overview:
Located in Rydalmere, your role purpose will be:
- Perform soldering and integration to IPC standards
- Handle mechanical processing, assembly, and testing
- Prepare technical reports and procedures
- Contribute to Health Safety and Environment improvements
- Drive process improvements using Lean methodology
- Accurate record-keeping
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Soldering experience is desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies are highly desirable
- Structured problem solving skills
