Role Overview:

Located in Rydalmere, your role purpose will be:

• Perform soldering and integration to IPC standards
• Handle mechanical processing, assembly, and testing
• Prepare technical reports and procedures
• Contribute to Health Safety and Environment improvements
• Drive process improvements using Lean methodology
• Accurate record-keeping

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Soldering experience is desirable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies are highly desirable
• Structured problem solving skills
