Our Mission
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to join our esteemed team of professionals. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals who require support to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Positive Behaviour Support to individuals with mental health and disability needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised support plans
- Conduct assessments and develop strategies to promote positive behaviour change
- Provide training and education to individuals, families, and carers on PBS principles and practices
Requirements
- NDIS Registration for Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist)
- Social Workers registered with AASW
- Current Blue Card and Driver's license
- Access to an insured vehicle
