We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Part Time Sales Assistant in Ballarat. As a beacon of customer service excellence, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers, promoting our Trade Loyalty Program, and developing strong product knowledge.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide expert professional customer service and promote our products with confidence
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the store
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met and contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
