About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Gaming Operations Team as a Trainee Games Dealer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in delivering a world-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to our guests
  • Develop proficiency in Maths and ability to tackle mathematical problems without a calculator
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and high level of concentration
  • Be flexible and available to work across a 24-hour/7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
