Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity for a professional to support our Commercial Function on a dynamic project. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the success of the project by managing commercial contracts and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, negotiate and finalise contracts and commercial agreements
  • Manage commercial contracts and the commercial elements of the Life Cycle Management and Request for Bid Approval process
  • Contribute to the preparation and presentation of major Life Cycle Management reviews and Request for Bid Approval process
  • Adopt clear understandings with suppliers of technical and commercial issues
  • Support review of complex terms and conditions
  • Manage procedures and controls to ensure compliance with commercial policies
  • Work with internal and external legal advisors to ensure all contracts have necessary legal input/governance
  • Support the Commercial Manager and other members of the team
  • Understand financial and pricing requirements of commercial contracts
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Meet deadlines and targets
  • Maintain Commercial Management Plans
  • Supporting Intellectual Property management
