Key Responsibilities
  • Physically demanding tasks: Safely lift and move heavy medical waste bins, adhering to proper safety guidelines.
  • Timely delivery: Deliver medical waste bins to healthcare facilities and collection points according to assigned routes and schedules.
  • Loading and unloading: Efficiently load and unload medical waste bins onto and from the delivery vehicle, ensuring all bins are properly secured.
  • Customer interaction: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing questions or concerns from healthcare facility staff.
  • Safety procedures: Follow established safety procedures and protocols to minimize the risk of accidents or contamination.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with the dispatch team, supervisors, and other personnel to relay information about deliveries or issues.
Requirements
  • Good work ethic and commitment to turning up to work.
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and walking/moving for extended periods.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to proper safety guidelines.
  • HR/MR License.
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
