Supply Chain Leadership Opportunity

At our Melbourne site, we are seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional to oversee all supply chain activities. As a Site Supply Chain Lead, you will be part of our site leadership team, responsible for planning, purchasing, and logistics to ensure reliable product supply to customers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing production schedules that integrate sales forecasts, plant capability, inventory holdings, and raw material supply.
  • Working with the Site Engineering Manager to plan maintenance and review daily delivery schedules.
  • Monitoring production output, inventory, customer orders, material supplies, and trends to meet customer requirements.
  • Attending weekly and monthly resin forecast reviews with the Divisional Supply Chain Manager.
  • Creating new product codes, maintaining accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) and routes, and managing manufacturing orders.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Depth of experience in a planning senior role within a 24/5 manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • High computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and emails.
  • A personal drive for results-orientation and a visible belief in a Zero Harm culture.
