Overview of a Client Services Administration Role

Job Description:

This administration role is based in the Sydney CBD and involves managing various tasks, including ASIC and ATO matters, such as ATO lodgement programs. The position also requires assisting client managers with clients' needs, liaising with clients, invoicing, and other ad-hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Chartered Accounting firm and possess proficient knowledge of ASIC and ATO correspondence. They should also demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with integrity, accountability, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office administration duties, including answering phone calls, maintaining the firm's database, procedures, filing, preparing marketing material, and coordinating office functions.
