Job Description:

Responsibilities include delivering top-notch patient care, maintaining accurate records, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring all necessary equipment is clean and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a dental reception role, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless communication between patients, dentists, and other staff members.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, embracing new procedures and technologies as they emerge in the field of dentistry.
