As an IT Solutions Expert - Data Protection, you will work directly with prospects and customers to provide consulting services for comforte's SecurDPS product.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and consulting to prospects and customers via email, audio and/or video calls as needed.
  • Supporting Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and implementation projects, including discovery, environment setup, migration, go-live and post-go-live customer support.
  • Developing training materials and recordings for internal and external consumption.
  • Providing hands-on training during PoC and implementation or formal class sessions as needed.
  • Producing technical documentation, such as solution descriptions, statements of work (SOW) for professional services and enhancement requests (RFEs).

Required skills include:

  • Database Management Systems and File Systems.
  • Programming languages (Java, SQL).
  • Performance tuning, monitoring, and logging tools/infrastructure.
  • Client-server architecture and management.
  • Cloud platforms and providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Salesforce).
  • Kubernetes and general container technology.

Prior experience with Security technologies, especially encryption/tokenization technologies for data-at-rest and in-transit protection, is desired.

Must be willing to travel to customer sites and comforte offices mainly in the U.S., Canada, Latin America with limited international travel.

A Bachelor in Computer Science or similar subject and at least 7 years relevant experience including 2 years in a customer-facing role are required.

Fluent English language skills are required.
