Job Title: Storeperson

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Credit Department regarding customer accounts.
  • Enter orders, including Quotes, Over-the-Counter, Standard, No Charge, Samples, and Returns.
  • Pack, label, and assemble orders for delivery.
  • Unpack, check, and put away replenishment products as required.
  • Support customer requests for products or information related to products.
  • Solve customer problems, seeking expert advice when necessary.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of orders to customers.
  • Process orders and collate relevant paperwork.
  • Process over-the-counter sales and service.
  • Cash reconciliation, including daily banking procedures.
  • Occasional paint mixing.
  • Comply with all applicable policies and EH&S procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Customer Service experience in a trade environment is essential.
  • General warehousing skills are required.
  • A forklift license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Permanent Working Rights in Australia are necessary.
