This involves leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

You will oversee mentors to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, openness to feedback, and best practice reflection.

Oversight ensures each room is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment.

Requirements:

- Current ACECQA-approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification

- Current Working with Children's Check

- Current Child Protection Training

- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificate
