About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Plantation Homes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new homes in the South East Brisbane & Bayside areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the construction of new homes, ensuring timely completion and high-quality finishes.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling and project management strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction supervision.
  • Trade background in carpentry or a related field.
  • Cert IV in Building & Construction and Site Supervisor's license.
  • Current, clean driver's license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
