Our team advises on complex and high-profile matters involving M&A, IPOs, joint venture agreements, capital raisings, shareholder agreements, and restructures across various sectors including energy, mining, and infrastructure.
We are seeking an ambitious and driven mid-level or senior practitioner to join our growing Corporate Transactions and M&A team. This outstanding opportunity represents a chance for a team-player with strong technical skills and commercial acumen to contribute to our well-established and highly regarded team.
About you:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience gained within a top-tier firm;
- Strong experience in M&A transactions, joint venture agreements, capital raisings, and shareholder agreements;
- Excellent technical and drafting skills coupled with commercial nous;
- Experience in the energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors desired but not essential;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to their development and growth;
- Proactive, committed, and ambitious.
