Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking skilled professionals who share our passion for education and are eager to join our OSHC team as Qualified or Unqualified Educators. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children.
Job DescriptionAs an OSHC Educator at Trinity College, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall supervision of children, supporting engaging activities, and preparing experiences that enhance child development. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Providing safe and enjoyable experiences for children
- Supporting the OSHC Director in developing and implementing programs
- Ensuring compliance with ACECQA regulations and Service policies
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Child Safe Policy
You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage self and others in emergency situations. A Valid Working with Children Check and completion of the RRHAN-EC Masterclass Certificate are also required.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- Qualified Educators: approved qualifications as per ACECQA guidelines (Diploma or higher)
- Unqualified Educators: relevant experience and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, and some hours between)
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Completion of the RRHAN-EC Masterclass Certificate
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training
