Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant/Beauty Consultant to join our team at our Middle Brighton pharmacy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, consulting with customers on their health and beauty needs, and promoting our prestige products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers on their health and beauty needs.
    • Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
    • Ensure customers' transactions are processed correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge, including our prestige brands.
    • Confidently advise customers on product selection and usage.
  • Teamwork
    • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Continuous Learning
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
    • Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Beauty Therapist (or similar) qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
