**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Sanitarium. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in delivering financial information and advice to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
- Business Case Development: Prepare and present business cases to support investment decisions and drive business growth.
- Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management and the board.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce with a major in Accounting, or equivalent.
- Professional Certifications: CPA or CA professional status, or studying towards it.
- Experience: 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing and/or FMCG industry.
- Skills: Strong business analysis skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
