Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing. Familiarity with large ERP systems is essential, along with strong attention to detail.

A broad understanding of complex Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and awards is also required. The ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a collaborative team environment is crucial.

This role involves accurately managing payroll for employees on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include handling all aspects of payroll transactions, overseeing and updating payroll systems, maintaining data integrity and security, collaborating with internal and external vendors, and providing prompt support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
