**Job Opportunity: Optical Assistant Role**

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Optical Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their eye care needs, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Achieve sales targets and provide genuine eye care for customers by identifying needs, offering exceptional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide professional recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Dispense complex lenses and frames according to individual needs.
  • Create a positive and engaging experience for customers.

**Requirements:**

  • No prior optical experience is required, but it is highly desirable.
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You should be highly motivated, positive, and friendly, with a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Flexible availability is preferred, with the ability to work late nights and weekends as needed.
