About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Services Specialist to join our Tamworth team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to participants with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services to participants within schools, homes, and the community
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Estimated Annual Salary: AU$ 90,000 - AU$ 110,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- University qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, or Early Childhood Education
- Extensive experience in working with children aged 0-7 years and families
- Experience in delivering services under the NDIS
- Strong knowledge and advocacy for the key worker model
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
