About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Senior Agronomy Business Growth Specialist with an Agronomy background to join our team. As our key account specialist, you will be responsible for creating demand for Nufarm's products within key accounts and locally important accounts in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Territory Business Plans to deliver against Nufarm Commercial objectives.
- Deliver against Key Account plans, Campaign plans, and Regional Business plans within the territory.
- Maintain presence in the territory by building relationships with channel customers, influencers, and growers.
- Assist Marketing with campaign development and provide voice of the customer and frontline sales expertise.
- Ensure compliance with salesforce.com customer and market data.
What You'll Bring:
You will ideally have experience in a commercial or technical Agronomy role within a similar environment. You will bring a passion for the Agricultural industry, a deep understanding of the crop segments in this region, and excellent business acumen. You will also be able to communicate effectively with clients, including channel partners and growers, and negotiate contracts that benefit both parties. Additionally, you should be able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the supply chain. We value experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com.
About Our Offer:
We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, superannuation, and generous leave entitlements.
