Barista Role Summary

We are seeking passionate and skilled Baristas to fill a vacancy in our Joondalup store, Western Australia.

About the Job Opportunity
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and confidence.
  • Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages using high-quality Specialty Coffee equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of coffee utensils and equipment.
Essential Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Barista.
  • Possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Detailed knowledge of Specialty Coffee preparation methods.
Key Responsibilities
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • To ensure all coffee equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
