Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining network infrastructure solutions to support our business operations.

  • Implement and manage enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, VLANs, wireless infrastructure, load balancing, Citrix NetScaler, F5 BIG-IP, NGINX, VMware, SANs and security/reliability updates.
  • Administer Microsoft Azure, O365 and Exchange environments ensuring high availability, scalability and performance.
  • Maintain Windows Servers, including AD, DHCP, DNS, IIS, Group Policy and Security Permissions.
  • Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies utilizing Veeam solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams to troubleshoot issues and provide highly technical support.
  • Enhance system monitoring capabilities and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical role with a broad range of expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of network configuration, VLANs, stacking, spanning-tree, aggregation, load balancing technologies, VMWare, Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, PowerShell scripting, identity access management technologies, backup technologies, monitoring and alerting technologies.
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously, prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
