As a Diesel Fitter in our new branch, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and servicing key CAT machinery and components. You will work with new state-of-the-art machinery and learn from skilled technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and maintain CAT machinery and components
- Work with new state-of-the-art machinery and learn from skilled technicians
- Perform diagnostic assessments on mining, general construction, and power generation equipment
- Use Caterpillar Diagnostic Systems (ET Vims, SIMSi and SIS)
- Work as part of a skilled and driven team
- Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve target times for repairs

We are looking for individuals with:
- Certificate III in Engineering and Mechanical or similar qualifications
- Knowledge of engine reconditioning and rebuilds
- Demonstrated service and repair experience on heavy machinery
- Experience on Caterpillar Diagnostic Systems or similar experience in motor mechanics and agriculture/sugar farming
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of workplace health and safety
- Customer driven focus and commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to quality control
