About the Job:

AbeBooks is seeking a skilled Paid Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an analytical digital marketer with strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and demonstrated experience in campaign management. We are looking for a detail-oriented marketing professional who is passionate about books and e-commerce.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns to support customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Support the affiliate marketing program by managing day-to-day relationships and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Implement international marketing campaigns following established playbooks and best practices to meet ROI targets.
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies and support joint initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and provide optimization recommendations.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 1+ years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience
- 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
