Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate - Sales and Service Expert, your primary responsibility will be to maintain store presentation through effective merchandising, inventory management, and stock control. You will also be responsible for processing POS transactions and cash reconciliations accurately and safely. Your exceptional customer service skills will be put to the test as you interact with customers, resolve issues, and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Retail Experience: Utilize your retail experience to support the Store Manager in maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, and controlling stock levels.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales targets, maintain store appearance, and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and safety awareness in all aspects of your work, including cash handling, stock management, and customer interactions.
  • Availability: Demonstrate good availability and willingness to work weekends and overnights when required.
