Job Summary

As a Childcare Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children aged 8 weeks to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining a secure and interactive environment that meets the needs of all children
  • Providing exceptional customer service to parents and families
  • Supervising children at all times and ensuring the Creche is not left unattended
  • Performing administrative tasks such as incident reports and communication with parents
  • Delivering front-of-house customer service and supporting the Creche Manager in daily operations

Essential Criteria Include:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and providing quality care and education
  • The ability to build strong relationships with children and their families
  • Certified First Aid and CPR qualifications
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Availability to work weekdays and Saturdays between 7:45am and 2:15pm
  • At least one year of experience working with children aged 8 weeks to 6 years
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively across the community
  • Basic computer skills
