Key Responsibilities- Service Management: Oversee the daily operations of our services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of quality care and education.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional programs.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our school partners, parents, and the broader community, ensuring our services are responsive to their needs and expectations.
- Program Development: Collaborate with our education team to design and deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and families, and align with our company values.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure our services are compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role in Outside School Hours Care or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, and a passion for delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and families.
