Policy Implementation Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Policy Implementation Officer to support our team in driving effective policy transitions and efficient delivery of projects, programs, policies and operational changes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring project plans, communicating initiatives and supporting informed decision making and planning across agreed consultation and decision making forums.

This role involves providing project and operational support, reviewing and analysing key materials, updating and collating documentation and records across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor project plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Communicate initiatives to stakeholders and build a supportive team environment
  • Provide project and operational support to the team
  • Review and analyse key materials to inform decision making

Requirements:

  • Drive and motivation to achieve personal and professional work goals
  • Deliver results within set timeframes and standards
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
