Program Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a small portfolio of programs, focusing on creating positive outcomes for children. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and child development, with a proven track record of leadership and team management. You will be responsible for overseeing program operations, developing staff, and fostering relationships with families and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small portfolio of programs, focusing on quality service delivery and positive outcomes for children
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program operations and staff performance
  • Foster strong relationships with families, schools, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership or management role within the education sector
  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
  • First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR Certificates
