**Job Summary**
Leopard Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Operations Manager to lead our client's state-of-the-art dealership in Melbourne's inner South-Eastern suburbs. As a key member of the service team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating workshop activities, training and developing apprentices and technicians, and implementing processes to drive efficiency and premium workmanship.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and coordinate workshop activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime
- Develop and implement training programs for apprentices and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze workshop processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and quality
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and apprentices to achieve exceptional results
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
**Requirements**
- Relevant qualifications in automotive technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a dealership environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
