Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, TAL offers a range of benefits, including monthly commissions, top-performer bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement.
Job DescriptionThis Outbound Sales Professional will be responsible for working within the Lifebroker business unit, providing general advice to customers and facilitating phone and online enquiries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound call centre sales, strong sales methodologies, and excellent communication skills.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Working within the Outbound sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Facilitating phone and online enquiries, providing a positive experience for all customers.
- Contacting, guiding customers through their life insurance options with expertise.
- Educating clients about available insurance products to help each client gain a full understanding of their options.
- Responsible for achieving monthly targets.
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and generation of quotes.
- Collaborating effectively with your team and other departments so clients experience an efficient and accurate application process.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A proven Outbound Call Centre Sales Experience.
- Strong sales methodologies that support an industry-leading customer experience.
- Industry experience highly regarded, however ability to learn quickly, show initiative and proactively deliver outcomes, also highly regarded.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a hybrid working environment.
- Results-Oriented mindset to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Resilience in a dynamic environment.
