About Us

Kelly Club is a leading provider of before school care, after school care and holiday care programs throughout Victoria.

We aim to deliver a unique childcare experience that not only caters to the educational needs of children but also provides a safe and entertaining environment for them to grow and develop.

Our programs are designed around sports, cooking, games, discovery, and arts and craft activities as well as relaxation time. These activities promote children's wellbeing, learning and development in a fun and engaging way.

We use a professional program model that encourages children to be involved and motivated during their time with us.

Kelly Club is closely aligned with Kelly Sports, a renowned provider of sporting programs for children in Australia.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced OSHC Coordinator to manage our Before School and After School Care Programs, and holiday programs in Spotswood, Victoria.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to deliver a high-quality service to support families and children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a stimulating educational child care program

• Maintain a child-safe environment for all children

• Assist children in routine tasks

• Manage and develop your team

• Communicate effectively with staff, families and children

• Complete general administrative tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelors qualified within Childhood or Education studies or other ACECQA recognised qualification working towards a qualification or the willingness to undertake

• Valid Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid HLTAID004 CPR Anaphylaxis Management and Asthma Management training

• Current child protection training and strong knowledge of child-safe standards

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong knowledge of National Regulations

• Good understanding of My Time Our Place learning framework

Benefits:

You will work between 6:45am-9am and 2:45pm-6:00pm Monday to Friday with paid additional hours for administrative tasks.
