Podiatrist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Podiatrist to join our dynamic healthcare team at Mediix. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional podiatric care to patients with multiple clinics across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' foot health, including biomechanical analysis and gait assessment.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs, incorporating a range of interventions such as orthotics, footwear advice, and exercise programs.
  • Perform routine foot care procedures, including nail care, callus reduction, and wound management.
  • Educate patients on foot health, preventive care strategies, and self-management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in podiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
