Cloud Platforms Specialist

Job Description

As a Cloud Platforms Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of cloud platforms through innovative engineering at scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Product Ownership & Roadmap Management: Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with business priorities and engineering capabilities. Collaborate with project teams to identify platform-level features and prioritize them based on demand, feasibility, and impact.
  • Compliance & Release Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and traceability for all releases and platform changes.
  • Technical Collaboration & Platform Design: Engage with platform engineers to design and develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly platforms that meet long-term strategic goals.
  • Quality Assurance & Delivery Oversight: Contribute to code reviews and ensure deliverables meet platform standards and requirements. Track commitments vs. delivered outcomes and ensure delivery is on time and within budget.
  • Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Delivery Manager to plan and schedule work, groom the backlog, and define clear acceptance criteria. Ensure platform features are well-documented and communicated to stakeholders.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of platform engineering, DevOps, and integration technologies.
  • Experience working with agile teams and managing product backlogs.
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions and contribute meaningfully to engineering decisions.
