Project Manager Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the engineering and design elements of the Beveridge to Albury project, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.

This role involves enhancing works across four sites and corridor-wide works. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage construction, and implement innovative approaches to address civil engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage engineering and design elements to ensure compliance with industry standards and project objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate civil structures and systems into the overall project plan.
  • Supervise construction activities, overseeing contractors and ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and environmental compliance.
  • Implement efficient construction operations through innovative approaches.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to align with project goals and expectations.
  • Advocate for sustainable engineering practices to minimize environmental impact.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with extensive experience in civil infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of leading civil construction and engineering teams in large-scale projects.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Outstanding project management and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
